From day one Evan’s experience was invaluable as he assisted in refining the menu and provided helpful suggestions for the wedding day as a whole, not just for catering options. On the wedding day the reception was catered at our home and the service was excellent.
Flexible timings for the food service meant there was a relaxed atmosphere and great communication from Evan ensured the drink and food service was smooth as silk throughout the evening. The evening went so well and having you arrive with the food, set everything up, serve, and clear away again so seamlessly made it possible for our family to enjoy the evening with the guests. We made sure to tell anyone who asked who you were and to pass on the information to them. I accompanied some of the guests in the lift from the ground floor of the Towers. As we neared the 10th Floor your decandent food flavours reached us in the lift. As soon as the lift doors opened our guests were commenting on the delicious “food smells”. Your decadent buffet and the 5 star service you and your Team provided is a credit to you! Working with you has been incredibly easy and truly a pleasure. You listened to our requests and the advice you subsequently gave us was invaluable. A belated couple of thank yous. First, your front of house staff were top notch, memorable through their politeness, attention to detail and ability to deal with instructions from various people. Second, the food was of top quality, quantity and presentation. Feedback I received on the night was that the fish was well cooked through, but not dry, and the fillet as some of the best some of our guests have enjoyed.

I have to also make a special thank you for taking such care to ensure that others and my meals were made with such care to ensure that they were dairy free.
